Not giving accurate ETA

I have uninstalled and restarted many times it fixes it for a moment but them it just reverts back to the wrong eta. {"replyTo":"","text":"I have played with this and find that I cannot set any speed restrictions and the time is accurate to a point.  doesn't count stops and weather.  if I look at my ETA at the beginning of a trip and compare it to all the stops and delays I had in my trip I believe it to be within a fair amount of time.","replyToPid":0}
