Rates have been aweful for the longest period I have ever seen in 38 years. it usually goes down for certain periods of the year and then climbs back up. Not last 2.5 years.  Hopefully change in Washington next year things may turn around. Even contract companies are feeling the downturn.","replyToPid":0}
