{"text":"OOs, use caution when booking with Transfix. Particularly Giovani Rene. They (he) will take a load right out from under you.  we waited for rate con and he said he would get it over ASAP. Load was agreed to pick up first thing next morning.  We called and emailed repeatedly with no response.  We waited all evening and come to find out the next morning,  he gave it away.  I know times are hard but that doesnt mean we should lose our values or respect for each other. Giovanni should have had the courtesy to let us know so we're not waiting on this load. I'm sure he wouldn't like it if we agreed to a load then ghosted him if we found something better.  Waste of time! Shady people out there!  Drive safe all.
