I don't believe in that level of coincidence. i checked the fluids and reset it. ran fine. runs fine. it should be criminal to endanger my pet like that. a pet can't fix it or even open the door. for as much tracking as they like to do they really don't know where I'm at in triple digit temperatures. I paid a deposit. they know I'm not the only creature here. maybe that's not what happened. Didn’t think I  was tech that tech savvy to call up carrier and actually have them walk me through steps that showed that they remotely disabled it In -17 degree weather.
