{"replyTo":"","text":"Thank you all for some feedback. So in general the idea comes from multi level network but there is a clear distinguish difference between legal mlm and an Ponzi scheme. The first one pays for product or service exchange only rather then for strict recruiting like in a ponzi where people get paid based on taking money from one to give to another just for recruitment and without any product or service exchange.  \n\nMy idea in the other hand was to pay only after work is completed (service performed, product delivered) then recruiter gets a portion of the revenue. \nKinda like any other “boss” or a business owner dose when his /hers product or service is sold, right?!\nSo form the legal aspects it would be legal.\n\nAlthough there are some challenges with this plan that I have not yet found solutions for and was actually hoping someone would touch on them here.\nFor example I am not sure in todays market if I could even bring owners to work for 76% initially and a promise of extra income, which yes could be significant if that owner is a good recruiter and can bring 5-10 whatever the number is of decent owners operators over some period of time. \nKinda like take some less money now do some extra work (recruiting) and get residual income later. \n\nHowever if that person is not good recruiter then I think it may be hard to bring an owner onboard with that pay split.\nOr if one does not want to recruit and would prefer to earn a bit bigger pay cut? \n\nAny thoughts on that ? Or perhaps what do you think is a fair pay % split ? 80/20 or 85/15 ?","replyToPid":0}
