","text":"So can men…seen it plenty of times.   Mega riders are governed and have all kinds of monitors for following distance making it an aggravation to try to pass or get out from behind someone who isn’t using cruise in the granny lane and slows and speeds variably between the speed limit.  So if anyone is jamming up zipper lanes it’s governed vehicles…driven by men and women.
