","text":"are you an avid user or do you only turn it on when something goes wrong? do you or do you not relay critical information to the drivers going the opposite direction of travel if there's an issue with the roads or traffic jamsand such? because I see a ton of drivers with radios but refuse to talk about upcoming problems that'll effect the travel day and/or listen for warnings \nI'm pushing a 50 mile radius and all I get is static and it is a serious problem during the winter months... but if you're driving up in Alaska and your radio is turned off your automatically fired from your job","replyToPid":471312}
{"replyTo":"","text":"let me put it in an other way, refusing to communicate safety issues is the same definition as telling a mechanic to fix your truck by not saying what's wrong with it, communication is the primary key to saving lives\nif you're willing to tell your loved ones the warnings and hazards are then you're 100% capable of notifying other drivers, we're all out here doing the same thing and we're required to help each other out, I always find the time and effort to help fellow truckers whether it's by word or by a lending hand, it doesn't matter what type of cb radio you are using please please please communicate especially when someone is trying to get information","replyToPid":0}
