{"replyTo":" 978189 发表于 2022-10-30 02:10:07 on most trucks with a digital display on the Guage panel regardless of brand, there is usually an option in settings to change from mph to kph and etc, but in Canada, you can just use the kph Guage on your speedometer, usually on the speedometer on us trucks it's not hugely accurate, but there is a kph speed on the inner side of the scale on your speedometer, typically its easier to just change your GPS settings to metrics and if you happen to get pulled over a few kph over or whatever, just explain the situation to the officer and show him your license and tell him the truth, \"I have NO clue how fast I was going in metric, I'm an American, can you show me how this works?\". This has litterally worked 100% of the time for me. My wife is Canadian and I hVw been there a few times, both in trucks and cars ND they always get it if you aren't 100% doing 105kph which is something like 62 in America, so I don't worry too much, but just assume the speedlight is just over half of what is posted and if you get pulled over, explain it. I've knever gotten a ticket in Canada, their cops tend to get it and 5 kph over the speed limit is ony like 2 mph over tge limit and they usually won't bother as long as you're close to the speed limit and not going 100 mph in a 100kph zone ","text":"A mile is 1.6 kilometers. If you don’t have a dual units speedometer, or can’t change the settings, then it’s easy to convert. If you round the 1.6K=1 mile to 1.5, then you’ll have a rough idea and you can convert in your head easier.","replyToPid":468269} |
