Imagine posting \"some spaces\" while there is traffic line of trucks circulating for ideal spots   and you on the hwy coming in. That \"some spots\" could fill pretty fast. So long story short....around 6pm odds are the stops fill faster than usual and most drivers post \"full\" thinking it may help a driver 10 miles away from wasting time trying his or her luck for a space and could save time getting to another stop.
