On a day-to-day basis, what are the most common failures in the truck or trailer that you have on your trips?\n  2. If you are a driver, do you fix the faults when they are simple?\n  3. If it is not possible for you to fix the problem, do you call a mechanic who works for your company?\n  4. Do you have any membership for road service support?\n  5. Do you use any application or web page to request the road service, if yes, what is it?\n  6. How many times a month do you use a road service service?\n  7. How easy and fast is it to get a road service?\n  8. What is the criteria you use to choose the road service, either because you know it, or it was recommended to you, because of the cost or what?\n \n\nDueños de camión, y/o conductores les pido por favor su ayuda para responder estas preguntas.\n\n1. {"replyTo":"","text":"1. Tires are number1 followed by air leaks\n\n2. I change lights, add fluids, put mud-flaps back on. I’m not mechanically inclined. How much you fix yourself depends on your skill level. \n\n3. I call my dispatch. If I’m at a truck stop with a shop they get pricing and approve repairs. If I’m not at a truck stop dispatch sends someone to me to fix it. \n\n4. No clue. See #3.\n\n5. Nope\n\n6. The old company I worked for. I had to deal with bad trailer tires almost weekly. Company I work for now I hardly ever have any issues. \n\n7. On average it’s 2hrs for road service to show up but it also depends how close you are to the place providing the service call\n\n8. Horible español de bajo.\n\nThe few times I have had a failure on my truck, it has almost always been with the trailers I haul, they are very old, if I can fix them I typically do them myself. if not I normally go through Loves' road assist.
