The rich and powerful work for their own self interest, and the theory of capitalism is that if everyone works for their own self interest, we have the best outcome. 200 years has proven that false. Wealth has accumulated at the top, and the working class is on welfare and food stamps, this 200 year experiment has proven that kings eventually will become kings, but to avoid a revolt and beheading, these kings hide their wealth and power, except the few.\n\nit's time we stop voting rep. or dem. and vote for someone who is willing to start a new government.\n\nThe problem with our government is the structure. We allow those who want power to seek it. Drawing inspiration from the military and how drill sgt are selected, we can form a better government if we reform the way people are elected. Those who want to be involved in politics can register to become electors, much like jury duty. And every year, there shall be a random selection of people based on state population to fulfil this jury that will elect the next government official. The people who hold office must be choosen by this election jury, based on their performance and character. This jury will narrow the selection of possible officials to 2 candidates, at which point, the people will elect.\n\nThose who decide to become electors will be paid minimum wage for the election year and their job will be to select the best candidates to become government officials. The information the electors will base their decisions on for candidates will be tax filings and mandatory aptitude test for all potential candidates selected. Anyone can be chosen to run for office by the electors, but no one can choose to run without first being elected.\n\nThis allows those who want to participate in government to do so, but offers a protective layer to protect against narcissist who seek power for personal gain.\n\nDonald Tump has proven that you don't need to be smarter than a 5 year old to serve in office, anyone elected to run for office will be better than a person who seeks to run for office.\n\n","videos":"[]","link":"{}","pics":"[]","canComment":false,"externalShare":false}
