What's the purpose of offline maps if they don't work without internet?

It worked fine until I took my break, but when I tried to start navigation again a little pop-up saying \"No Internet Connection\" kept popping up and nothing happened. I knew I wouldn't have Internet which is why I downloaded the map ahead of time.\n\nAm I doing something wrong? I'm on the trial and this is pretty much a deal breaker if I can't have a reliable gps .\n\nIf you're wanting to reproduce the issue, disabling mobile data does it for me.","videos":"[]","link":"{}","pics":"[]","canComment":true,"externalShare":false}
