ELD taking 7 hrs to offload 1st 5hrs to get a door n 2 at the door is it on duty/del? it's eating up drive n shift time

Off duty and watch tv/read or go sleeper berth and take a nap, take to the kids or old lady, etc. Should only be on duty for maybe 5 minutes to check in, dock or check out… otherwise, you are just burning your 70!","replyToPid":0}
