{"replyTo":"","text":"I did this for my ex-boss who owns a steel construction company.. I took care of contracts/invoices/accounts receivable, and itemized his receipts. He lived 4 hours away from me, I met up with him once in a blue moon to go inside his truck and grab every single receipt I saw (he was very unorganized and preferred I went through his truck).. I cleaned his truck out so good I found anywhere from $400-$600 each time, that he never even knew he had lol. But anyways, hiring a part time assistant definitely helps, always good to have an extra set of eyes. I found at least 12-20k worth of unpaid invoices he never knew about (he’s a very busy man). I organized his receipts 1 by 1 on a a spread sheet with different debit cards/ cash he used for gas/Maintenance/ business materials, and I put the subtotal for each category at the bottom. I’m all for doing it yourself but when it comes to paperwork, definitely hire a trusted assistant to sort your paperwork, so you can focus on loads/driving stress free. ","replyToPid":0} |
