From my observation, I’m absolutely positive that every state got together and said “Okay, I have a great idea, let’s get roadwork done on all of our cities.. BUT.. at the SAME TIME!”. Pretty sure that’s how it went down. This construction is never ending, my but t clenches up so tight when my trailer gets close to those concrete barriers 🤣😭.
