662769 发表于 2019-06-07 17:02:42 It's all about proper ground. Directly to the frame. Clean the frame to bare metal and attach. Remember there is a difference between a ground and a negative on a battery. Hook directly to frame.
","text":"The negative on the battery should be within .2v of the voltage on the frame. \n20+ years as a mechanic and I’ve seen lots of good components replaced when the real problem was poor connections. Find someone who understands how to perform a proper voltage drop test and see what the drop is between the power source and the inverter and between the ground source and the inverter.\nI’d use 10 gauge wire, direct to the batteries with a circuit breaker at the battery connection. (If your positive and negative connections are both at the battery, you have almost 0 potential for voltage drop)","replyToPid":58615}
607385 发表于 2019-06-07 17:27:28 I'm in a big truck cooking group on fb.. I got the 3000 and everyone complaining about the wires.. I just use my 250 watt blender.. it would be what 🧐 said too.. but I got a audio place where I live gonna install some thicker cords and but a breaker on it just in case.. be careful thou.. dont need no fire!!
","text":"I agree my step dad is crazy with wiring ima have him look it over before I got and re wire it or redo the ground. We got a place close to the house if I have to take it there","replyToPid":58637}

","text":"Exactly what I thought... that’s a brand new one to just had it installed because the last one was doing the same but also my coffee pot would trip it and it’s a 500 watt. And they were not plugged n at the same time either.. the grounds r tight not sure what else it could be unless it’s not a true 2500watt or if the microwave is pulling more power than it should","replyToPid":58059}
