Now, I have felt lonely, but I’d say it happens once or twice a year. ","text":"Yes, always better to vent to others. Everybody gets the blues here and there, there’s no shame in talking about it. And don’t take any meds for depression either (one of the side effects is literally depression). Depression definitely is a form of mental illness, you just have to re-wire your brain on how you think from a day to day basis and filter all of the negative out. ☀️☀️☀️","replyToPid":427888}

","text":"You can try finding a trucking job where you’re home every day. If not, then go owner operator and find a company that allows you to dispatch yourself. Then create your dream job, albeit it might affect your profits for forcing the schedule. You can minimize this by working 3 weeks and 1 week off, or whatever schedule works for you."}
