{"text":"Stopped in this morning for a blown air bag on the trailer. Checked in at 11am and was told to pull into north bay. One hour job according to them, so I patiently waited. Checked in after an hour and nothing had been done, but they decided to jump me in line to do an oil change on someone else. Again, I was told one more hour. \n\nAfter an hour I again checked in, only to find out that they had JUST sent somebody after an air bag at a parts store. Another hour later they informed me that the air bag was here, but their jack was broken so they had to get an employee to go to a different location down the road to get theirs. \n\nHere it is 5:30pm and I still don't have any info. \n\nAwful customer service. Do yourself a favor and go next door to the TA. ","videos":"[]","link":"{}","pics":"[]","canComment":true,"externalShare":false}
