I’m having a slight dilemma

You need to feel confident about your self. I would suggest you try and go with smaller companies. Just keep an eye on the equipment they do give you. Always do your PTI, including the tires air volume and threads, and oil. If you start getting doubts, it will built up, then this ain’t for you. But do try to find a company with a good training program that is about training you properly especially when it comes to the road and the elog system. I myself am a trainer and here with our company we follow a strict training program. So do your homework and choose what's best for you good luck.","replyToPid":0}

Possible injury, loose your job, can’t get another because you had an accident.\nIf there is a fatality you could even go to jail! If they aren’t willing to invest in you then they aren’t going to care about retaining you. Look somewhere else. Everyone is hiring right now, and any company willing to put a brand new driver out here on their own is just looking to turn a quick buck and is hoping you don’t do so much damage that they get sued. Really sham companies don’t even care about that because they can just file bankruptcy and start over under a new name.
