{"replyTo":"","text":"Your steer axle should be overweight for fuel not your drives. Slide your 5th wheel. To be honest I seen people get away with it and other times like the great state of Michigan I seen people get hit for being 100 lbs over. It just all depends on what officer you get and how his day is going!","replyToPid":0}
{"replyTo":"","text":"200 pounds is about 25 gallons of fuel. If you go 150 miles or so before the scale house you might be fine. You failed to mention any other weights.","replyToPid":0}
","text":"You can’t be 3% over gross without being over axle. If you look at your motor carrier atlas every state is 80k not 80k plus 3%. If you’re running on an annual permit usually a state will have a % you can be over. My state is 100k plus 5% I believe this is where the confusion comes from.","replyToPid":419874}
