{"text":"\"....and they called him Noob.\" OK, now that that's out of the way....Just finished my first 4 days (yup!) as a paid truck driver. WOW! Been grinning like an idjit almost the whole time. The freedom, my schedule....ah, I am just preachin' to the choir here. So I gotta me a serious question: company put me in a 2018 Pete 579. I am a musician so I GOTTA have tunes. Whoever put \"concert sound\" on this stereo? well, they should be \"treated in a very unkind way\". Maybe they are blown, or maybe vehicle manufacturers put as little cost into their speakers as possible (naa. would they do such a dastardly deed??)\nSo here's the questions: 1. Have any of you replaced stock (s.h.i.(fill in the blank) speakers in your 579? 2. Can you tell me what size they are (header, door, sleeper, all of 'em)? I figure speakers first, then maybe head unit later. Did that to my (former) Toyota Tacoma and the diff was much better. Stock Taco speaks were paper-coned, 1oz. magnet garbage. JBL's fixed that problem. So won't you please give up the info? Thanks, drive safe, stay well. TomBow","videos":"[]","link":"{}","pics":"[]","canComment":true,"externalShare":false} |
