Question regarding Voilation

So, my question is does it affect my driving record  for future ? If that so, how long does it stays on my driving record? Any points you get your company also gets the same number of points. If you change jobs in the next three years the points will follow you and your new company will get those points if they hire you. Honestly it’s not that big of deal, some companies are pickier than others. "}
