{"replyToPid":0,"replyTo":"","text":"Yes it does, for 3 years. Year 1\nThe violation points are multiplied X3, year 2 by X2 and year three by X 1. Then they fall off. Any points you get your company also gets the same number of points. If you change jobs in the next three years the points will follow you and your new company will get those points if they hire you. Honestly it’s not that big of deal, some companies are pickier than others. "}
