Change door lock barrel

{"text":"Iv'e got a K100. When you put the key into the passenger door lock, it turns right around and nothing happens, in other words it's broken. I've bought the key and barrel kit off KW, 2 door barrels and the ignition switch barrel with 2 keys. I've changed them in the past, problem is I've forgotten how to change the door lock barrels.\n\nI remember you cut off the stainless cover over the lock, problem is I've forgotten where you go from there. You don't have to touch the interior trim. Couldn't find anything on google, and on TTS one guy removed part of the interior trim and I know you don't have to do that.\n\nAnyone know where I can find step by step instructions, preferably illustrated? Or can anyone explain it step by step?","pics":"[]","canComment":true}
