{"text":"They treat you good of youre a company driver. .45cpm and 2000 to 3000 miles a week if you're willing to keep rolling.\n\nBut once you flip over to lease or owner op, everything changes. If you're not watching your paycheck, youre going to be missing money.\n\nThey only pay .95cpm plus about .20 cpm for fuel, but that's not nearly enough when you consider that fuel is 2.70+ in New England.\n\nThey love trying to shove the tight loads you have run split breaks on, the loads where the fuel is most expensive, or the loads where you have to sit around for a day and a half before delivery on their lease and owner op drivers. And if you say something about it, they start hinting at how they don't have any drivers that can run the load other than you, or insinuating that you dont know how to do your job.\n\nIf they paid 2.00 a mile, i would understand. But havijg to pay a portion of the fuel, all of the insurance, and make a truck note on .95cpm is rediculous. Try paying bills and eating on a week where you grossed 3k and had 2300 in deductions. \n\nTheyre a big company, and theyre growing, but theyre growing because of all they money they make shorting drivers on their rightful pay.","videos":"[]","link":"{}","pics":"[]","canComment":true,"externalShare":false}
