You’ll be amazed how much food will make a difference although you won’t see any changes for months likely. \n\nI started by removing fried foods, meats and fast foods from my diet, basically went to only eating 6” chicken breast subs and 4 months later I started seeing results with no exercise. I eliminated snacking altogether, basically removed sugar from my diet as much as possible. \n\nTake it slow, removing something new each few weeks, replacing something unhealthy with some healthy, it takes time but the results will arrive!","replyToPid":0} |
