Exercise and weight loss

I'm definitely feeling my weight in my joints and back. I was trying to find good exercises for in the cab. I found this youtube pilates that works great since I'm short. https://youtu.be/K-PpDkbcNGo I was thinking of buying a board to put on the mattress to make a hard pilates surface. what's your favorite exercise and diet method? since I'm basically inert my calorie count basically needs to be at almost the base calorie count for survival. that's sad. {"replyTo":"","text":"The rule is 90% is diet change and the other 10% is activity/exercise.  \n\nChange that diet significantly but gradually, don’t shock you system.  You’ll be amazed how much food will make a difference although you won’t see any changes for months likely.  \n\nI started by removing fried foods, meats and fast foods from my diet, basically went to only eating 6” chicken breast subs and 4 months later I started seeing results with no exercise.  I eliminated snacking altogether, basically removed sugar from my diet as much as possible.    \n\nTake it slow, removing something new each few weeks, replacing something unhealthy with some healthy, it takes time but the results will arrive!","replyToPid":0}

{"replyTo":"","text":"Fasting and more fasting. look up cole robinson on youtube. Fast only by drinking electrolyte water. Don't fast with regular water. Electrolytes keep the muscles hydrated including the heart muscle. One you get used to the taste it's not that bad.","replyToPid":0}
