20+ year truck driver looking start semi truck parking lot business. All feedback is welcome.

{"replyTo":"","text":"A truck yard is good business. My friend runs a struck storage yard and he has 150 truck parked there. It's $160 a month per truck. That's 24k a month in revenue. Of course you will need a commercial property alone with all the licensing for to the large amount of fuel, oil and tires being stored in a small space. Good security system and a good gate with remotes for everyone or gate passes. I had to wait 4 months for a place to free up for me there. The demand is high","replyToPid":0}
