Economy mode?

{"text":"Boss finally replaced my old T680 with a 2021 Cascadia. Its got the DD15 and automated 12 speed. I love the truck but hate driving it. its in economy mode. Can't maintain a steady speed for nothing. Constantly shifts out of gear to coast. Wind up coasting down hills at 61mph in a 65 zone. It's governed at 75 the truck is just gutless. Grossing 74k. Not light but not heavy either. But can't get going or pass or get over a hill so 75 is useless. Would the truck perform better with the trans in some other mode? Would MPG be greatly affected?
