2021 Cascadia electric AC/APU (BPHV) fault codes #12

{"text":"Hi, I have a 21 Freightliner cascadia with the electric AC under the bunk utilizing optimized idle when batteries get too low. The issue I'm having is a fault code keeps popping up when I try to start the electric AC. it's flashing code 12. And the unit will not start.
