So ask yourself “would I drive this load for that kind of money?”  I would never ask someone to do what I wouldnt do myself. Happy drivers take better care of YOUR truck generally speaking. ","text":"Well if you feel like your asking your driver to run a load that you wouldnt then that should tell you something. I drive for an O/O. We work great together. She lets me run my truck like its my own business and in return I pay attention to fuel prices, keep the truck mechanically maintained when needed, washed like I am proud of it, and above all profitable. In return she pays me WAY more than any company would. So I guess you get what you pay for in a sense. ","replyToPid":390501}
