It was a malfunction but it’s still my fault. Big companies don’t care about an individual. Only their pockets. ","text":"I know a guy that works at a different company that actually went over tracks he knew were humped to where he had to hammer it to get his low slung trailer across and went he started over had to stop because of a car coming and guess what, load and trailer were total loss and so was the train. Still has his job, not driving but as the dispatcher now.","replyToPid":390280}

I don’t know what you could have done differently but that’s what they want. I’m not sure what that looks like on a report. Might look bad to have been damaged by a crossing gate. ","replyToPid":0}

","text":"I don’t think you’re understanding what I’m saying. You’re talking just like my company. I didn’t just take off. I pulled up slowly when I seen the gate let up all the way. There was no more blinking red light. Being my first time there, how am I supposed to know there was supposed to be another train coming the other direction?
