{"text":"5 hours wasted loading/unloading, fueling everyday so far. Stuck behind tractors going to farm fields, senior citizens taking a break from lockdown, site seers. Two lane roads you can’t pass on bc of blind hills. New truck with a lane departure warning that goes off in the middle of the lane, when the line disappears, or not at all. A Mill that’s brand new but keeps stopping for mechanical issues. Can’t get a preload to get out early and beat the traffic on the road or at the tipper so you can get back for another preload. Two months before I can get on some half az insurance that calls me out of network bc I don’t live in the main terminals state. Half a month now and I’m still waiting on uniforms. Local terminal doesn’t have a mechanic in their shop they use for storing ppe so you have to wait on third party’s to come to the terminal. $25 an hour for delay pay but only after an hour. ","text":"That’s how I’m feeling right now. Annoyed. Chip bins were empty so I couldn’t reload before my Dr. appt so I have to come back to reload before going home for the day. Come Friday if the mill is running smoothly and we have overflow we might get roped into Saturday work. Starting up at 4a to beat the rush, might start at midnight eventually if it means more money","replyToPid":385625}
