","text":"But those drivers you refer to are far and away outnumbered by four wheelers with entitlement issues. \n\nJust as a small point of information, big rigs weigh just a tad more than passenger vehicles, take more room to stop and turn, longer to speed up and typically have poorer visibility than virtually every passenger vehicle on the road. It is far and away easier for a passenger vehicle to slow down, speed up or avoid a situation than a rig. By the same token, with higher forward visibility, it’s easier for a truck driver to see a situation developing ahead of them and begin preparing for it. \n\nI am in no way advocating that anyone driving a rig should simply assume that since they are bigger, they should have priority. I’m only stating facts. \n\nThat being said, feel free to hop back in your Prius, go grab your Starbucks Frappuccino and hustle off to your yoga class.
