Question for the seasoned drivers

{"text":"I’m about to run through the Rockies for the first time on I-40. Picking up a load here in OK bound for Cali. My question is, what can I plan on per hour average speed wise? 45? \n\nIf it helps I’m a solo driver with a major carrier and my truck (18 cascadia) is limited to 65 and locked in economy mode. My load should be about 20,000. \n\nI’m trying to figure how much time to plan for out of ABQ, so I can visit family there but still get my load to the final on time.
