The school District decided to buss intercity kids into the school in Hope's of them getting a better chance and education. With in only two years the school was near the bottom and a complete disaster. Vilonce and crime rose dramatically. All the Same faculty.\nIt has everything to do with culture.","replyToPid":368806}
