{"text":"With all of my available cogitating time, I have been pondering a pretty vivid and seemingly senseless disparity regarding the HOS system. Perhaps someone here on TP can help me comprehend why it is arranged this way;\n\nDrivers hauling goods are required by law to take a minimum 10 hour, off-duty, break between drive shifts. Yet drivers that transport passengers are required only an 8 hour break. Does that mean that those who transport people are more immune to the fatigue, etc. that FMCSA says makes those of us who transport goods such a danger to society?\n\nJust curious. What’s your opinion, folks?","videos":"[]","link":"{}","pics":"[]","canComment":true,"externalShare":false} |
