I've talked to several officers and they all say the same thing. they wont pull anyone over that has tassels hanging in the windows or a rag on their head because 1. They dont understand a word coming out of their mouths and 2. Any ticket written will never be paid and that company will vanish form being in service to closed to only open up under a different name. So it's a waste of time.","replyToPid":0}
