{"replyTo":"","text":"If the load is booked technically you are in agreement and therefore if the broker decides to back out, isn’t there a fee instilled for waisting your time along with a third of the agreed amount due to the party booking(o/o)? The broker backing out of a business deal has to in ALL ways have repercussions towards him or specifically towards to the party backing out of the business deal. When a deal is struck it is struck, This is the only way I see fit to do business with brokers is instill parameters around the booking times and if he does pull the load, pay the party that already booked a percentage. They wanna haggle you, you grab them by the throat. If they complain oh well this kinda crap would not flow in a lawsuit. Booked and signed are 2 different things.if contract is already signed and accepted. its legally binding contract. you could sue them if they back out.   $1.44 mile is getting pretty low.
