Reefer runs box temp doesn't change

{"text":"I have an odd problem. The outside air temp is 29 degrees. My reefer is set for 35 degrees. However it says the box temp is 19 degrees and the reefer won't stop running. It's in heat mode but no matter how long it runs it says it's 19 degrees inside the box.\n\nI've tired just shutting it down and restarting it. I left it off for about 10 min. When it restarted it said it was 22 degrees inside but then went back down to 19.\n\nI opened the doors and it feels a lot warmer than 19 degrees.\n\nDoes anyone have any ideas??
