{"replyTo":"","text":"The answer is YES , you can ask for a citation instead of a warning, I do it every time 90% you will get you’re ticket dismissed in court but a warning will go against you’re CSA score , I joined TVC and they have been good so far no issues  . Got a ticket in my car and they got it dismissed for me . Check them out and good luck ! ","replyToPid":0}

","text":"So, in this context, we are talking about DOT violations.  A warning DOES affect your CSA score like a conviction.  \n\nTraffic stops are a different thing altogether.  Hopefully the OP understands this is a forum for all things “CMV”"}

","text":"Thanks! I was more so wondering if they would be mean and make you take a ticket instead. Its been a long time since i got a warning and when I first started in training I got a warning and never knew until i could refuse it until I looked into it. "}
