Swift drivers don’t post trip trailers.

{"text":"I was planning to put a fleet on Swift’s network due to their robust freight pool, but now that I’ve seen how their company drivers treat their trailers and coworkers, I can’t. You low morale, lazy, dangerous Swift drivers are worthless and deserve to be taken out of the industry. You had the same chance I and everyone else was given to make yourselves into someone and you chose poorly. Guess I’ll be looking to put my fleet on with Schneidey or some other company with a relatively large freight pool. Brokers, stop dealing with Swift. They’re a thorn in the side of the industry and need to be put out of business so the rest of us can do our jobs. They’re part of the problem, underbidding to win market share which drives rates lower and lower, (that means you get less money too, brokers) when their acting ceo, Kevin Knight doesn’t even respect his employees enough to give them basic creature comforts they need like APU’s. What a joke. Keep your loads so your unprofessional company drivers can leave bald, flat, steel belt showing tires on your rusted, non air ride equipped trailers. Cheap equipment equals cheap people. And you’re a cheap person, Kevin Knight. And I and my time are far too valuable to waste. Have fun seeing your sand castle crumble over time. ","text":"Poor baby, you might say with a lack of context. Sure, this happens every once in a blue moon with almost any company. It’s hard to avoid bad drivers who can’t be bothered to do their jobs. But since I’ve tried pulling their freight, it’s every other trailer. Consistently. They’re falling apart, the PM’s are often ignored/expired, and their idiot drivers keep dropping them with balding flats.  One was browned and rusted so badly the DOT bumper was split in half at the bottom and the license plate fell off and was hanging on by the light cord. The driver who dropped it shoved the license plate in between the tandem drawer and a support beam. No red tag. No note. No messages from them saying “don’t take this trailer, a driver flagged it and it needs repair.” The company actually argued with me on the phone over it. Yes, I finally took it. And dumped it right in front of one of their terminal shops long ways blocking several of its doors and drove off. ","replyToPid":288447}
