In a week get your PSP record from fmcsa for 10 bucks and see what category it was assigned to for the point value. Don't worry you'd have to be a major fůck up for it to affect you. Don't listen to these clowns, it's not in the vehicle code. It's just a local municipal code violation. Not a moving violation just a simple fine.
