{"text":"I’m a small business owner. I do tires,and work on trucks also. Well I had someone call me last night for a road call and I went over there. At first I thought his air module box for the splitter was bad changed that and the governor out. Goodyear says I can’t be anywhere on the parking lot because it’s theres. I actually used to work for them and they only lease the building. What they’re trying to do is make it to where no one can work in the lot except them. That right there is against the law here in Texas. They charge more money per hour then I do and we do more work than they do. I did a clutch in the parking lot as for them they can’t do it there and only have 2 people who are knowledgeable enough to do that. The general manager tried to say I was criminally trespassed and the cop ran my name and they had no record of it. I think a driver,company ,owner operator no matter who or what location your in should have the option of who you want working on your truck. I was soliciting in the lot. I simply only go there when called out. I don’t like charging people a lot of money, I like to make it fair. Me and a buddy worked on that job for literally 14 hours and charged him 3 hours for labor. We didn’t fix it but we sure found the problem. But what I’m getting at is people should have the option. I’m not trying to take business away from them by all means. I advertise just like they do on the same websites as well. Except for me my word is my bond,and the same goes for my work. I’m not trying to get super rich ,simply here to make a descent living and helping people out. Cause in the end we have close to the same expenses and without each other nothing is going to get to it’s location. Goodyear called the cops on me,so that they could get the business. Drivers hear everything on the radio and word of mouth goes far. And I’d like to keep my business in good standing with everyone out there. I just thought that’s some crap that Goodyear is trying to make people think they have no other option in service. Bla buisness like that is corporate and I’m guessing doesn’t care about making a few customers mad. As for me I can’t and won’t do that.\n\n","pics":"[]","canComment":true}
