{"replyTo":"","text":"Its a recap. On newer ones theres rubber there hiding what you see there. when they get old you can see it alot better. That tire has seen its better days. consider yourself lucky it lasted this long and get rid of it. recaps are only around $200. Better to be safe and normally they tear the crap outta something else when the come apart.","replyToPid":0}
