My company will pay us breakdown pay, but I’ve never had that happen. I’ve also been given new trucks every year. Find a good company that takes pride in their drivers and their equipment. I drive for a company with around 300 trucks, most of us drivers know each other, we know the driver managers and they know us. We aren’t numbers. Find a company that can offer relatively consistent miles. I would steer clear of the large companies unless they can offer you what you’re looking for.","replyToPid":0}
