{"replyTo":"","text":"they have legally seven days in most states to pay you then you contact your wages division part of the labor board and make a complaint if they do not comply they are in most states charged double and are required to pay the labor board becuase the wages department will pay you and they pay them atleast in our state but I'm sure the procedure is the same in most places , sides can't be taken on that and it will go in there record as far as the better business bureau goes most employers want to resolve it before it gets to that point though make the call in sure with in days they will be calling trying to settle with one week instead of double the amount .","replyToPid":0}
