What does running hard mean?

Keep the doors closed as much as possible. Run all of your time out each day( load/unload and your own physical ability taken into account). Learn the loopholes in your e-log for those of you that have them. For those of us that don’t, learn how to log your day efficiently. Do all of this and you’ll make money. Just like any other profession learn your job and you’ll do well. There is money to be made out here. Once you figure it all out.... ask questions still. Never stop learning.
