That would be like me saying I want a brand new Ferrari and I want the rest of my neighbors to help me pay for it. it's not my fault people are poor and when immigrants come in here they should have some start-up money well they're looking for their job so they can support themselves not have taxpayers support them","replyToPid":235723}

{"replyTo":"","text":"The upper 1%, LOL..  Let me put this in perspective.   The M2 money supply is currently just over $15 trillion.  The current US debt is just under $23 trillion.  Then you got a field on the bottom right of usdebtclock.org that says \"US Unfunded Liabilities\" at around $126.5 trillion.   Unless you plan on printing money like toilet paper, causing mass inflation that socialist countries tend to do, there is not enough cash to cover the debt.  So the answer is to liquidate all those \"1%'ers\" assets to pay for it all?   Those assets aren't luxury boats, they are factories/offices/companies that keep people off the unemployment line.\n\nTry being an owner operator without a truck, cause you weren't paying your \"fair share\".","replyToPid":0}

{"replyTo":"","text":"if you taxed the upper 1 percenters at 50% or some ungodly %75 its not enough money still to pay for what is already promised guys; let alone what they wanna promise additionally guys; the upper one percent is not rich enough as what the media claims; a) they are not as rich enough as yall think, b) there is not as many in the 1 percent as yall think ; they will come for the 1-25 percenters; then 25-30 percenters; in increments; in stages and levels; and no one will care till it. hits your percentage gap ","replyToPid":0}
