{"replyTo":"","text":"I'd sure like to know where all this speeding in construction zones is! Allot of New York zones are 55, yet we have backups, and go through at 25 mph. Even late night, there's almost always a trucker holding things up at 35 mph or so. If the traffic engineers post it at 55, or 45, that is the speed they believe is safe. Why some drivers know better is way beyond me!","replyToPid":0}
