{"text":"and to the urgent care. Diagnosed with bronchitis. Finally got meds and they seem to be helping. I tried to get to one out on the road, but it just wasn't an option without a lot of hassle. Thankfully I was only out 10 days this time, otherwise it would've been pneumonia by time i got home again. This the season starting for sickness. I bought some lysol and hand sanitizer for the truck and I am being a lot more mindful of what I touch outside of the truck. Even trying to remember to grab my own pen to sign with. What do you guys do to protect yourself from getting super sick on the road?","videos":"[]","link":"{}","pics":"[]","canComment":true}

And clean sinuses out daily with a Neti pot at least while sick to prevent a sinus infection. Hope you feel better soon ❤️"}
