{"replyToPid":0,"replyTo":"","text":"After driving trucks limited to 64, 70, and now owning a truck that can do 82, it honestly is nicer to be able to go faster.\n\nMy cruise is normally set at 68, but if I need to pass it is really nice to be able to speed up to 75 to pass and move back over.  Keeps me from blocking the left lane and pissing off car drivers and the person I'm passing doesn't have to worry about slowing down.  Everybody wins.\n\nAlso allows for more safety at merge areas.  Somebody getting on the highway, I can't move over because of a line of cars, I could slow down but that could also slow down those behind me if I can't regain my speed before they catch up.  But I could speed up to get passed the merge area before the person needs to move over."}
